At Sahani Cabs, we understand plans change. Our cancellation and refund policy is flexible and handled on a case-by-case basis.
1. Cancellations

• Cancellations must be made by calling 📞 +91 70027 55943.

• There is no automatic refund for cancellations.

• Whether a refund is issued depends on:

  • Type of booking (cab, rental, or parcel)

  • Time of cancellation

  • Total booking amount
     

2. Refund Conditions

• Refunds, if any, are processed solely at the discretion of Sahani Cabs.

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method through Razorpay.

• Please allow 5–7 business days for processing.
   

3. No-Show Policy

• No refunds will be issued for customers who fail to show up at the pickup location at the scheduled time.
