• Nearby locations (within serviceable limits as confirmed at the time of booking)

For deliveries outside our standard service areas, availability will be confirmed on a case-by-case basis.

2. Delivery Timelines

• Parcel deliveries are usually completed within the same day of pickup, depending on distance and traffic.

• Time slots can be selected at booking, and customers will be informed of expected delivery windows.

• In case of delays due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, roadblocks), customers will be notified promptly.

• Sahani Cabs is not liable for damage to items due to poor packaging.

6. Failed Delivery

• If delivery fails due to incorrect address, recipient unavailability, or refusal to accept, the parcel will be returned to the sender.
